Building a net-snmp package for the MontaVista Linux Platform

Hello,

 

How do I build a net-snmp package that can be installed on the
MontaVista Linux platform? I would like to be able to build (on
MontaVista platform) something equivalent to the RPM that I am able to
build for the RH Linux.
