The Net-SNMP agent has included support for the Event MIB for some time now, though it's not been part of the default configuration, and has needed to be explicitly added. The upcoming 5.3 release includes a reworked Event-MIB implementation, plus the Schedule MIB as part of the default setup. Work on the Expression MIB is underway, but this is not yet in a useable state. Have a play with that version, and let us know what you think.
