A 64-bit fix, applied between 5.2.2.pre4 and 5.2.2.rc1, broke the build 
on Tru64 Unix. Please apply the attached patch, recompile and report 
back (including "make test" output as non-root and as root).

BTW, --with-out-mib-modules= "mibII/tcpTable mibII/udpTable" isn't 
necessary anmore with 5.2.2 on Tru64.
