Is this agent based on the Net-SNMP agent?

The Net-SNMP agent can support all three versions of SNMP.
No changes are needed to your MIB module code whatsoever.

If you've got a Net-SNMP MIB module that works with SNMPv1
and SNMPv2c, then it will work with SNMPv3 as well.

About a minute.
Mostly spent creating the necessary SNMPv3 users, and
restarting the SNMP agent.
