Via a suitable MIB definition.

Sections of the OID tree are set aside for enterprise-specific
use.  You can apply for an enterprise number (for free), and
then have complete control over how you use the corresponding
subtree.   No-one else should be using OIDs in that tree,
so you can ensure that your trap OIDs are unique.
