That's a fairly vague description.
Can you please explain in a bit more detail, exactly what you
are trying to do?  What particular problem are you trying to
solve?

"North Bound" is not a a term that I'm particularly familiar
with myself.  Having clear interfaces between the SNMP agent
and the underlying subsystem (and between a MIB module
implementation and the main agent), is definitely a good idea,
but we'd need a bit more detail about what you're trying to
do, before being able to offer you any sensible advice.
