You'd better try a case-insensitive search next time, Dave :-)

      clientaddr [<transport-specifier>:]<transport-address>
            Specify source address used  by  command-line  tools,  see
            snmpcmd(1) , and by snmpd when sending notifications.

This is what ships with 5.2.2 (and all active CVS lines).

Then still, reworking 'snmp.conf(5)' would of course again be highly 
appreciated.
