Thx for your suggestions, i am using net-snmp-5.2.1.2.
However i have fixed the problem - it was actually located in my code: The
wrong ASN-Type was passed by the function snmp_varlist_add_variable. I
should have used ASN_OCTET_STR instead of ASN_OBJECT_ID.
