Allow [ v1 | v2c | v3 ] requests

Hello,

     Can I use requests with only one version of net-snmp agent at a time ?
     What I mean is get/set/walk should happen using only one version 
like only v1 requests or only v2c requests or only v3 requests ?
     I searched through most of the messages on list but couldn't get 
the solid answer for my query.
     I know disabling snmpv3 mib module while compilation, can disable 
the v3 requests. 
     Can disabling MIB II module compilation, disallow v1/v2c requests ?

    Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated.
