Hi
I am new to SNMP and working for last 15 days .i had some problem mentioned
below
when i run

./ mib2c -c mib2c.int_watch.conf ciscoLS1010ChassisFanLed

Cannot find module (CISCO-RHINO-MIB): At line 0 in (none)

You didn't give mib2c a valid OID to start with. IE, I could not find
any information about the mib node "ciscoLS1010ChassisFanLed". This could
be ca
used
because you supplied an incorrectly node, or by the MIB that you're
trying to generate code from isn't loaded. To make sure your mib is
loaded, run mib2c using this as an example:

   env MIBS="+MY-PERSONAL-MIB" mib2c -c mib2c.int_watch.conf
ciscoLS1010ChassisF
anLed

And making sure you can get snmptranslate to display information about
your MIB node. Once snmptranslate works, then come back and try mib2c
again.

WHY IT IS NOT TAKING THE NODE NAME DIRECTLY ,THOUGH IT IS TAKING OID VALUE
FOR SNMPTRANSLATE IT IS GIVING FOLLOWING ERROR :
No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging
Cannot find module (CISCO-RHINO-MIB): At line 0 in (none)
Unknown object identifier: ciscoLS1010ChassisFanLed

PLEASE HELP ME OUT IN SOLVING THIS

THANKS
vishakha
