Since you've installed net-snmp to a non-default location, you need to 
tell your system loader where to find libnetsnmpmibs.so.10. Either:

a) Modify the system-wide loader configuration. On most Linux distros, 
this involves adding /usr/local/net-snmp-5.3/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf and 
running ldconfig as root. See the ldconfig(8) manual page.

b) Recompile the subagent with a hard-coded runtime library search path. 
  On Linux this usually involves adding "-Wl,-rpath 
-Wl,/usr/local/net-snmp-5.3/lib" to LDFLAGS in the Makefile (you have 
one, don't you?) for the subagent.
