"make install"? This is a binary RPM package with no need (nor ability) 
to run "make install"! Are you perhaps mixing up a binary and a source 
distribution on the same host?

The RPM net-snmp-perlmods-5.2.2-1.fc4.i686.rpm, as the name "fc4" 
suggests, is for Fedora Core 4. I suggest you build and install from the 
source distribution instead.
