Re: snmp v3 privacy

Check if you have openssl installed on your machine.
To enable encryption, openssl should be installed and installed path 
should be mentioned with '--with-openssl' argument while doing 'configure'.
Also verify that you are NOT using '--disable-privacy' while doing 
configure.
