net-snmp toolkit download

I want to build a c/c++ application to use snmp and am trying to follow
the tutorial on the toolkit stuff. I have looked in the tar file that
can be downloaded from sourceforge for files such as snmpdemoapp.c but I
couldnt find them. Are these toolkit files available for download? If
yes, where?
