diffie-helman support in snmpd?

Does the net-snmp snmpd support the Diffie-Helman MIB from RFC 2786? I am trying to walk through the examples from the snmpusm manpage for changing the keys using a diffie-helman exchange, and the tool is reporting that it looks like the agent does not support the MIB.
