enable-debugging

Could the agent complied with the option --enable-debugging be used
without diminished performance if the debugging is deactivated in
snmp.conf using "doDebugging 0 "?
This would allow the snmpd debugging using DEBUGMSGTL without a
recompilation with a simple debugging activation using doDebugging flag.
Is this a recommended procedure?
