mib2c.mfd.conf question

 Hello,
  
  Could I use mib2c.mfd.conf in net-snmp v5.0.9? When I am running 
  mib2c -c mib2c.mfd.conf -f m_protocolDir  protocolDir
  I get  a message:
   no output file specified at /usr/local/bin/mib2c line 348, <GENO> line 11.
  What does it mean?
