I've tried this which seems to work  using my test script.
Now I need to see if it works with the real code.

Um, try "RemotePort" not "LocalPort".  Also, you can actualy combine
those: DestHost => "0.0.0.0:1620".  Note, however, that I think you want
DestHost => "127.0.0.1:1620"
