Host recources MIB vs. Windows

Hi,

i wanted to know if the Host-resources-mib is supported for Windows.
 
The Application that should detect my agent needs the value of hrDeviceDescr
 

I tried to implement it by compiling the agent with the hrDeviceTable but i
was not able to get or set (i set the hrDeviceDescr as writeable) any
information. 

I use VC++ to compile the agent.
