#error embedded perl broken

Hi,

Me again, sorry :(

I have another make error while trying to compile net-snmp-5.3.0.1 under 
linux.

In my case I've just removed embedded perl from ./configure, but I though I'd 
report the error in case it's a genuine problem and not just me being stupid.
