Thanks for the suggestions !
Its working for the scalars now .... the only thing I did was to put the register_config_handler in the init function .

I have implemented it for scalars. I searched for implementation of persistant data for tables . Is it supported in net-snmp 5.2.1 or any later versions ??
Please let me know .
