Net-SNMP for VMS platforms

Hi I am using a test tool that is operating on VMS. and the coding for macros is done is in C language. And i am trying to make the tool compatible for SNMP messages. Could you please tell me whether the net-snmp is compatible to work with the VMS platform also.
