Sorry - SNMPv3 access control doesn't work that way.
A user is part of *one* group, with *one* view for each
of GET* and SET requests.
However that view can be disjoint, so it would be possible
to define the required access using
group myROGroup usm usertest
view sysIF included .1.3.6.1.2.1.1
view sysIF included .1.3.6.1.2.1.2
access MyROGroup "" usm priv exact sysIF none none
