Can you try walking the UCD-SNMP-MIB:dskTable That's meant to report the same information as the Host Resources hrStorageTable, but it's not impossible that there's a discrepancy between the two. If nothing else, it's the dskTable that's triggering the trap, so seeing the contents of this table might shed some light on what's actually happening.
