The next thing is to check where snmptrapd is actually
looking. Run
snmptrapd -f -Le -Dparse-mibs
and look for lines of the form "Scanning directory"
What does that show?
Also what are the exact contents of the file
TRAP-TEST-MIB.txt ? I doubt that's the problem,
but it's something to check.
