If you are going to include this module directly within the main
Net-SNMP agent, just copy your code files into the 'agent/mibgroups'
directory, and run

	configure --with-mib-modules=yourModule

This is discussed in the file AGENT.txt

If you are going to be working with the AgentX subagent framework, 
there is an example Makefile included within the agent toolkit
tutorial:
