If you need to control how the software is compiled, then the easiest method would be to download (and install) the source RPM (net-snmp-5.3.0.1-1.src.rpm), tweak the configure command in the spec file to match your requirements, and then run rpmbuild -bb /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/net-snmp.spec That will build an RPM which you can install on each of your systems. That's much safer than trying to copy files across from one system to another (and hoping you've found all of them). Plus it keeps everything recorded with the RPM database, which can be extremely useful.
