using net-snmp

Hi everyone!
   
  I'm kind of new using net-snmp and I'm not able to compile a single program that just make a GET...I'm using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and net-snmp for win32 and when I compile the source code I allways get a msg that says "unable to link snmp_close" and alot of other fuctions that seems to be in some header files, i hope that maybe you can explain me in a "clear way" how to married these two: Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and net-snmp in an easy way because the one that appears on the web page of net-snmp is kind of confusing...thank's alot
