Getting the instance from an OID

Hi, I wan't to get the instance from an OID that I receive in a trap. For example, if the OID received in the trap is: .1.3.6.1.4.1.3333.2.8.2.1.3 where .1.3.6.1.4.1.3333.2.8.2.1 is the trap oid and 3 is the instance.
