snmp forwarding iptables or something else?

Here's my network setup
---------C
|
A---B-----+--------D
|
---------E
I am sending snmpgets from computer A. Accessing B is
no problem but I dont have a direct route to computers
C,D,or E. Assume I can't change the network or add
hardware. Also computer B is a linux box. First
thing that comes to mind is use iptables to forward
snmp traffic through B to C, D, or E. I'm kinda new
with snmp. Is there a smarter/standard/built-in way
to do the same thing?
Thanks for the help,
Mike
