not able to run this on win-XP

  Hi ,
  I am using net-snmp 5.3.0.
  I have MS Visual Studio 6.0, Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 SP1,
  Also I have istalled ActivePerl 5.8.8 Build 817 on my system but
  While configuring in windows XP as specified in net-snmp’s Readme Win32 , Microsoft Visual C++ - Workspace – Building  portion and also while configuring manually from command prompt I am not able to find/generate netsnmp.lib file in desired location.
  Please suggest me how to solve this ,Or is it required to download netsnmp.lib  from external source if it is so the please tell me from where can I find this.
