Security certification for Net-Snmp

Hi 
 
    i intend to use Net-Snmp for realizing snmp v3 agent, and i need to
understand if the Net-Snmp code has been certified to be Secure by some
security organization
 
    in particular i'm interested in the security certification from
CERT.
