Community length

I'm trying put to the snmpd.conf string of rwcommunity with length 40
bytes.
The NET-SNMP agent refers to only 33 first bytes (at get/set)

That mean:

	rwcommunity 1234......323334...40
The packets accepted only with 1234......3233
