Hi Everyone, I'm using V.5.3.0.1 on Solaris9. The man page said: -S indicates that the monitor expression should not be evaluated when the agent first starts up. The first evaluation will be done once the first repeat interval has expired. but it does not work. Here is a part of my snmpd.conf: proc xntpd monitor -S -e ucdProcStart -r 60 -i sysName.0 -o prNames -o prErrMessage "ucdProcStart" -s prErrorFlag == 0 notificationEvent ucdProcStart .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.251.101 Every time I stared snmpd, the trap is sent immediately. Does anyone have same problem or any solution? Thank you. Yana ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
