callback funtion about trap?

Dear sir:
      I am new to Net-SNMP.
     I want to receive traps from agents using C program. Does net-snmp like
NNM(OpenView) , has any funtion like OVsnmpEventOpen, when OVsnmpRead is
used to receive a trap, callback funtion will be called out ?
