How to compile MFD code into the master agent.

Hi, I have code generated by mib2c.mfd.conf. Instead of generating the executable (ifTable) and then running ifTable i would like to integrate the code into the master agent using ./configure --with-mib-modules=ifTable | make | make install. Can it be done? There are a lot of files generated by mib2c so i'm somewhat confused.
