RE: V3 key change

Hi,

Currently net-snmp does not support usmDHKickStartTable. Is this table
not required for Diffie-Hellman key changes work correctly?

This isn't a boolean, but a string of the original user this one is 
cloned from. Try "test" (*with* the quotes) or 0x74657374 or the like.

I'd suggest you stop snmpd first, then edit snmpd.conf, then start snmpd

again.
