net-snmp as v3 bridge to microsoft agent

I' ve read at  http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/docs/README.win32.html  that I can run both services at the same station and configure net-snmp  to redirect the commands to the microsoft agent.

Is it possible to send a v3 request to the net-snmp service and redirect them to the microsoft agent ?
