Threshold Problems

Hi all!
 
i got problems with Thresholds.
 
im using net-snmp v5.2.1
 
i monitor the load of the cpu but the value dont get higher than 1,2000.
the snmpd.conf looks like:
...
load 1 2 3 (just for testing)
monitor -i -o laNames.1 -o ErrMessage.1 "laTable" laErrorFlag.1 != 0
monitor -i -o laNames.2 -o ErrMessage.2 "laTable" laErrorFlag.2 != 0
monitor -i -o laNames.3 -o ErrMessage.3 "laTable" laErrorFlag.3 != 0

I'm using a simple while(1) to get a ~100% cpu usage over a long time
range
but the laLoadFloat.x = Opaque: Float: y.yyyyy dont get higher 
 
mrtg is also running and mrtg displays a load rising over a time range.
 
Well, i got another prob. the trap message will not send every 10min.
just one time. is that correct?
and what can i do to get a alert frequently.

information
