net-snmp 5.2.3.rc2 available

We've published Net-SNMP version 5.2.3.rc2, the second release candidate
for the upcoming maintenance release 5.2.3 in the 5.2.x branch.

Available from:

  http://www.net-snmp.org/download

Anyone intending to make use of the upcoming 5.2.3 maintenance release
is encouraged to test it *now*. Unless any critical bugs will be
reported, the final 5.2.3 release will be published next week (see
http://www.net-snmp.org/dev/schedule.html).
