Remember that RedHat tends to stick with the same version of any given
package
for a particular distribution, and only upgrades to a newer version
when they release a new distribution.

So RHEL3 comes with 5.0.[89], while RHEL 4 comes with 5.1.2
Fedora 3 also comes with 5.1.2 (with an update to 5.2.1.2), while
Fedora 5 uses with 5.3.

Or if you're prepared to use the binary packages that we provide,
there are currently RHEL4 binariy RPMs fpr 5.1.3.1, 5.2.2 and 5.3.0.1
on the Net-SNMP project website. We don't have any RHEL3 RPMs, but
you should be able to build one from the relevant Source RPM (either
ours, or a RedHat/Fedora one).
