Regarding V3 traps

Hi all,
 
   Is it possible sending V3 traps thorugh command line(using snmptrap
command) without configuring snmpd.  I have tried sending V1 and V2
traps and it worked out. But I am unsuccessful in sending V3 traps this
way. Can any tell me it is possible sending v3 traps this way?
