Contained Sequences

I am having a few problems with defining a MIB which contains a table,
itself, in turn, containing another table.

Unfortunately, when I run the mib2c scripts on my MIB, only one table is
identified (the highest-level table) and all the corresponding handlers
etc. for it. However, no suitable code is generated for the table
(sequence) contained within the original table.

Has anybody else had similar problems who could possibly suggest a
solution?
