No.
I can't tell what this should be since you've never given us the full
definition of m3usMIB (it's like drawing teeth, sometimes! :-)),

But your original message gave the structure of your MIB as

> +--m3uaMIB(31)

>   +--m3uaManagement(1)
>   |  |
>   |  +--m3uaAttributes(1)

>   |  |  |  +-- -R-- Unsigned  m3uaVersion(1)
>   |  |  |  +-- -R-- EnumVal   m3uaProcType(2)

so the OID definition should be something of the form:

oid             m3uaMIB_variables_oid[] = { 1, 3, 6, 1, 4, 1, ....,
31, 1, 1, 1 };

Also - do you have any connection with the Virtual e-learning group
(VEG) of Denmark? Because you appear to be using their enterprise
number (9997).
You should *NOT* choose an enterprise number at random - either apply
for an official number for yourself (see the FAQ for details), or use
something under NET-SNMP-MIB.::netSnmpPlaypen.   That's what it's
there for....
