Multiple index to tables-IpAddress

Hi, I have an IP table in which three different addresses used as index namely the network address, the network mask and the next hop.(data type being IpAddress)I have my data structure filled and I give this as index to the get_first_data_point and get_next_data_point in the table.But I just get the first entry and it fails thereafter. Is it required that the Indexes should be available in sorted order.Is'nt it enough if the indices are unique.Please clarify. Thanks in advance. Regards, Mathangi Chakrapani.
