It's fair to say that Windows was definitely the poor relation until a couple of years ago, when we were joined by a couple of Windows specialists. Similar, though not identical. The differences are likely to be most visible in particular MIB modules (which is where the architecture-specific issues tend to bite hardest). The basic framework should be fairly consistent across all systems, but particular MIB modules may only be supported on selected architectures. (For a long time, the Windows support for some of the MIB2 modules was actually superior to most other systems!) I believe that option 3 (DLMod) isn't currently supported on Windows, but the other two should be fine.
