It's probably roughly as stable as it is on any other architecture.
It's fair to say that Windows was definitely the poor relation until a
couple of years ago, when we were joined by a couple of Windows
specialists.  They've done sterling work in improving the quality of the
Windows code - the support for Windows is now comparable to most of the
other core architectures.

Similar, though not identical.
The differences are likely to be most visible in particular MIB modules
(which is where the architecture-specific issues tend to bite hardest).
The basic framework should be fairly consistent across all systems, but
particular MIB modules may only be supported on selected architectures.
(For a long time, the Windows support for some of the
MIB2 modules  was actually superior to most other systems!)

Bottom line - suck it and see!

I believe that option 3 (DLMod) isn't currently supported on Windows,
but the other two should be fine.
