Probably not.
But the list of mib2c config templates that I gave you *DO* handle
RowStatus - that's why I listed them.

    $ cd net-snmp/local
    $ grep -l rowstatus mib2c.*.conf
    mib2c.array-user.conf
    mib2c.container.conf
    mib2c.iterate.conf
    mib2c.table_data.conf

Yes.  All four of the templates listed above.
