"agentXPerms" has been introduced in net-snmp 5.1.x, so isn't available
in 5.0.9. Given that net-snmp 5.0.9 is about 3 years old and not
supported anymore, updating is strongly recommended.

Otherwise, if you can run the master agent as the same non-root user
(see the "-u"/"-g" command-line options), it should work for you.
