5.2.x (with --enable-mfd-rewrites) and 5.3.x and later (by default)
support ifXTable on Linux. 5.4 will likely support it on FreeBSD and
OpenBSD, too.

Adding the necessary pieces for Solaris will need a volunteer. Please
refer to http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/IF-MIB_rewrite for details.
